For NDIS complex home modifications, it is mandatory to engage an independent NDIS-registered Building Works Project Manager to ensure all regulations are met and the specific needs of the project are addressed.

Todd’s expertise in managing these modifications guarantees professional handling, improving accessibility and quality of life for participants.

The NDIS provides funding for this role, particularly for high-risk or high-cost projects, and requires a maximum of two quotes for the work.
